NYVR

NYVR is NYC's first and only organization dedicated to building an ecosystem to foster the growth and development of virtual reality technology. NYVR hosts monthly meetings featuring some of the most exciting VR technologies, start ups and thought leaders. NYVR provides a venue for VR start-ups to user test their products, publicize their work and connect with potential customers and investors.

In just over one year of operation, NYVR has become one of the largest and most active organizations of its kind in the world. NYVR was founded by Eric Greenbaum, a neuroscientist, patent attorney and VR developer in December 2013.

NYC Media Lab

NYC Media Lab connects technologists in digital media and technology companies with bright minds in New York City’s universities in order to drive innovation and talent development. The Lab is a partnership between the City of New York, its institutions of higher education, and the digital media and technology industry.
